PROCESSING TIME:

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). During product launches or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING:

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS: 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

R.S.A DOUCEUR is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGE:

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, R.S.A DOUCEUR is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. 

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist you in providing any information needed to help with your claim.
